karavelshoes.comReviews of karavelshoes.com

Large selection of shoes and top notch service by people who are very experienced!

They noticed I ordered a size different from before when buying online. They called to confirm it was in error, and ordered the correct one for me. Always courteous and helpful.

Jason has been my sales person for more than a year. I genuinely appreciate his kindness and patience while he fits me with shoes or boots. The result is I am happy with every single pair I have found with his advice. Also, he showed me the clearance room and opened up a huge savings opportunity for me. He has helped me select and order shoes for my son (up to 6 or 7 pairs by now). I always have a wonderful experience at Karavel and give your staff great word-of-mouth referrals to my friends and coworkers. Thank you!

fast shipping and quick refund , only because shoes didn't fit as I expected. Will do business with Karave again.

The ease of ordering, all the pictures of the shoes at different angles. How fast I got the shoes was nice too. The sales on the shoes are good to with the convenience of in store or online.

The customer service was exceptional!

This was my first Karavel Shoes purchase. They shipped right away and arrived very quickly. The shoes were exactly what I was searching for and were sold out in my size everywhere else online.
