Great deals, super fast delivery, and excellent customer service. I subtracted a star because there are no full refunds on sale items (and you have to cover shipping costs) BUT you can receive store credit if it doesn't work out.

There were 2 selections that I'd paid to receive and found in the emails a refund for one of the items! There wasn't a lot of information about what had happened, so when I looked up the shoe in question, the shoe still showed available in my size. Apparently when I phoned the store to verify this issue, they said there was a computer mixup showing two available when only another size much smaller was available! Everything else was great, the one pair showed up sooner than I thought and is just great. Love getting a discount on shoes, tho the one I received did not have any discounts! Always good to get to shop Karavel at a discounted price. Great shoes. Cheryl
