Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear the replacement didn’t work for you - that’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have. We recently discovered a small batch of these batons had internal wiring issues, and it looks like you unfortunately received two from that run, even though we test them before shipping. If you get in touch with us again, we’re happy to refund you in full or take care of the return at our expense - whatever works best for you. We stand behind our customers when a product misses the mark, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
