Abbiamo fatto il tour delle città…
Abbiamo fatto il tour delle città imperiali “ Marocco “. Hotel pessimi, fino all’arrivo in Marocco non conoscevamo i nomi degli hotel, pertanto abbiamo avuto problemi all’aeroporto di Marrakech. L’ultima notte a Marrakech abbiamo deciso di lasciare l’hotel e dormire in un Riad, abbiamo avvisato la persona referente di Kappa viaggi sul posto “ da precisare che per tre giorni non vi era un referente in loco che parlasse italiano” abbiamo pagato il trasfer dall’hotel all’aeroporto e nonostante avessimo avvisato, lasciato numero di telefono per essere recuperati al Riad per l’aeroporto, ci hanno lasciato lì e ci siamo trovati costretti a prendere un taxi. Sconsigliato

se li incontri sKAPPA..
se li incontri sKAPPA... PESSIMO operatore. Abbiamo prenotato la vacanza e dopo aver ricevuto email di conferma ed effettuato il pagamento ci chiamano per disdire il tutto. Il colmo? alla mia richiesta "se prenoto un altro viaggio con voi devo ritenerlo confermato o lo cancellate qualche giorno prima della partenza" la risposta è stata "non c'è niente di sicuro". EVITATE assolutamente di prenotare con loro

Programı iyi okuyun. Günlük ücretli turlara katılmazsanız sizi yol üstü bir markete bırakıyorlar. Akıllarınca sizi mecbur etmeye çalışıyorlar. Über ile 4eurluk mesafeye 30euro alıyorlar ve bu paraya hiç bir giriş bileti veya rehberlik hizmeti dahil değil.
