My first exposure with SFS was back in December and the experience was probably D - at best. The initial rep was unreliable, not paying attention to my needs and more like a used car sales man. In early March, I got a call from Diana and it was a true blessing. She is patient and carefully pays attention to the customer's needs and is always available. Explains all the steps and terms clearly. The difference was night and day. I hope SFS values Diana because too many times companies get lost on the bottom line and forgets the little guys.
