TAMARA SMITH Servicing Agent I will be filing a complaint with the bad attitude and poor customer service that I received from this customer service person. Customer service needs to be helpful and you provided no help. I think i could have had better customer service from an android. I can not stand wasting my time dealing with someone that has no ability to do anything. Just send people to the people that can help

Kapitus is the only lending company who is not willing to work with its applicants during these difficult moments most if not all small businesses are experiencing. They will not offer any type of deferment program. Unlike Uplyft who has been very accommodating. Stay away from KAPITUS - they dont care about you.

I've had several funding loans with Kapitus, they have made a lot of money from me, and today, in the middle of the Covid-19 crisis, I was royally screwed by one of their account executives by the name of Jared Citron, and now, this scumbag won't even reply to my emails or text messages. Last Tuesday I contacted him requesting that my weekly payments be postponed for a couple of weeks due to the financial devastation that we're going through because of lack of business as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic, he requested that I fill out a form and send him a current bank statement, which I did, the next day I received an email from him stating that we were good to go, and today, well, they went ahead and debited my almost empty business bank account. These sons of prostitutes care about nothing other than money; even during times of crisis and need. We may all be in this together, and try to help each other out, but don't count on Kapitus to be a part of it. They got me good, but they'll never get me again, because as far as I'm concerned, they can all go screw themselves! I believe in Karma, and they'll get what they deserve one way or the other! These people are just a bunch of insensitive. greedy, selfish, and money-hungry scavengers and scumbags whom care about nothing more than lying to you and taking your money!

Avoid this company. They will lie with no limitations in order to get their commission and when you confront them about anything at any point about a deal you made with them, they will just respond as "You signed the contract". Don't even entertain their scam offers.

Name changes. Being asked to sign new contracts. Today I find they have been drawing unauthorized funds from my account daily. The rep (over 3 years and $140,000 dollars ago) simply represented that 9% of credit card deposits passing through a lock box would be taken before the balance was forwarded to my account. I am not a big government person but the FED should visit imposing new oversight into predators like the owner of this company. Something has to be wrong with a company that changes it's name every few years??

This company SUCKS ! they used a "Broker" as an excuse to charge me upfront $12,000 in interest for a $48,000 loan. I didn't realize it until 2 weeks later when I tried to pay off the loan & was told too bad the early payoff wasn't in your contract so you owe us $60,000 After 10 phone calls I finally got a little over $1000 discount...Now I'm getting emails to loan me more money since I have a good payment history... I would give a ZERO rating for these scam artists
