Just an overall lack of professionalism made me steer clear from getting a loan from this “company”. No one answers emails or the phone - several emails and follow up emails with no response over two weeks. No one answers the phone- no one calls back. Finally got someone on the phone and they said we were approved but they refused to disclose the terms. Could not get a straight answer out of anyone over the two weeks we were trying to work with them. Then read the other reviews about their insanely high fees in other reviews and and took it as a sign to stop pursuing this loan. I feel like we dodged a bullet here.

This is a predatory lending company. Please, whatever you do, do not take money from them.

Horrific! Do Not Deal With. 1. Restarted auto drafts two weeks earlier than agreed upon date at the start of the pandemic. 2. Entered into a new repayment plan in August 2020. Even though we were making payments based upon the new agreement still filed suit against our company, then refused to vacate the judgement against us even though they admitted suit was only filed due to their own poor internal communication. 3. Have now requested a pay off balance which they refuse to provide instead continuing to charge us with interest and fees. Do Not Deal With Kapitus!

Absolutely horrendous dealing with them. I would exhaust all other options of borrowing before even remotely thinking about going to them. Loan origination fees - OK, payback at almost double of original amount - SURE (don't do it unless there is NO other option), UCC termination doc Gov fee is $20 (Kapitus wants $250 - for what? reasons are unkown - special email prep fee of $230??)

Do not borrow from them . Read the fine print of your contract or they will screw you over you better off borrow from a loan shark at least you know what to expect . It’s been 4 months since the pandemic and I’m still trying to reach them to get a deferment payment and i still can’t. all I hear from them, is asking for deferent type of payment plans which won’t work since there is a zero income . Now they are threatening to take legal actions.

They hold you prisoner impossible to get a payoff letter. Candance the receptionist sends you to empty VM and pretends she doesn't know who Andrew Reiser is. This company is a joke. Legal action will be next

We got a business loan from them. Started out fine. Then the business went under and we were unable to make payments. We went to a monthly payment plan and after some struggles we got straight financially and made every payment. In April 2020, I emailed Kayla Walker to find out the payoff as we were getting close to paying off and we wanted to take out a home repair loan and needed to get this out of the way to free money up. She emailed me back that my last payment of $500 was in June and then a final payment in July of $115. They debited $500 in July and then surprised me with them being entitled to collect $4500 more in fees from when we struggled to make payments. So now I have another loan out and they want to blindside me with 10 more months of payments. Said that because we signed an agreement, they can just get a default judgement. Sent me emails saying to pay so I wouldn't be charged fees and then charged fees anyway. Greedy. Unscrupulous. Dishonest. Do not use them at all.
