My customer service rep Obinna has been a delight to work with since i started using Kaoshi. The app is pretty straightforward and if there are any issues Obinna is always on stand by! I like that there are real humans helping out should a client have an issue rather than talking to a robot

I recently transferred some urgent cash to my nigerian account. The process was fast (less than 2 hours) and the rates were good. I am happy with my experience.

Kaoshi Network is the best remittance company I have come across. I have always had some kind of struggle making international transactions over the years, and I had recommendations from people and also given a number of companies who offer these services a try. I discovered kaoshi in January, and since I started using this network for my transactions, not only do they have the best rates I have ever seen, they are also really fast, efficient and reliable. I highly recommend kaoshi Network for all your international transactions.

They have a really good platform, they give you the assurance that your money is safe and you are dealing with reliable sources for the swap. Really good customer care service, always there to help out. Kudos to them.

Sometimes it takes too long for them to confirm you have sent payment via zelle. They do not provide the details of why there is a delay in the confirmation. There is also a further delay in receiving your money in the naira account after the going through the initial zelle payment confirmation delay. This is really annoying.

Good communication helps businesses moved. Let the customer know when money will be available, because you don’t know if it’s savings a life or helping to solve some problems. Thanks for making this platform great 🙏😊
