We evaluated 4 cloud hosting services and Kamatera not only could technically support everything we needed, the support and accomodations they provided were amazing. They assisted us and provided the solutions that we need for our company where the other cloud hosting services hesitated to help us as a new potential customer. I would recommend Kamatera for pricing, accomodations, support and technical platform.

We’ve had bad experiences in the past with other VPS/VDS providers who lose interest the moment you sign up, so we were cautious when moving to Kamatera. Their support team quickly proved we made the right choice. The level of expertise, guidance, and responsiveness has been outstanding. They helped us plan, configure, and maintain our servers properly, and even introduced us to options and solutions we didn’t know existed. Kamatera has been a huge benefit to our setup and overall reliability. We’ve now had three servers running behind an OPNSense gateway for firewalling and VPN for a little over three years, after our previous provider couldn’t meet our requirements. When issues have arisen or I’ve needed help with configuration, their support team has shown real technical depth and resolved everything in good time. It’s reassuring to work with a provider that genuinely stands behind their service.
