As you mentioned, you left your server running, despite being sent the reminder emails in March regarding the upcoming end of your 30-day free trial, explaining how to avoid charges. Additionally, hourly servers are charged in the power-on and in the power-off state, and the price is always listed for both states together for the purposes of easy control and transparency. Regrettably, while you reached out mid-April and were informed you indeed had a balance of $10.86 for your still active server, you only terminated your server on May 21st. Some of our data centers are going through upgrades so we can better serve our customers, and your server may have been cloned in order to preserve your data. Hi Tamas, First we would like to apologize sincerely for the length of time you waited for a response-- that was highly irregular and completely our mistake-- your ticket got sorted into billing invoice tickets during the height of billing week. We're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations, but we see from your review that you still don't feel comfortable sharing what actual trouble you had while attempting to enter your information. We are proud to count many companies among our clients. As we mentioned in our response to your query, both individuals and companies signup the same way, with their business name instead of personal name, and business information instead of personal. The invoice is then generated in the name of the company, with the company details. We also explained the reason we asked you to screenshot the error message you were receiving: when a client reaches out saying they are unable to enter information, generally they are literally unable to do so, and are getting an error message telling them why. Hi Shah, We appreciate you taking the time to let us know, allowing us to rectify our mistake immediately! You were charged a verification fee of $1.32 that erroneously never got voided. We are therefore already processing your refund (please see ticket 33462112), and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. To explain, in order to verify your credit card, we charge a small fee of under $2, which is usually automatically voided immediately once the card has been authorized by the credit card company. (Any card not authorized never gets charged.) In your case, we found that the voiding of the charge had never actually occurred. We sincerely apologize again for any frustration or inconvenience. Hi Pawel, Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback. After checking your account, we would love to clear up some confusion. Your balance is $2.085, not $6.12, and the reason you have any balance at all is that you have been running 2 servers at the same time. This lies outside the free trial parameters, which allows one server at a time, costing up to $100. That being said, we would like to reassure you that no one will be charging you $25 for an owed balance of under $3!
