Hassle-free operations and excellent customer service
I use Kamatera to host a VPS powering the user login system for my web application. The whole thing was set up half a year ago, mainly as practice exercise for myself. Setting up and running the server was completely hassle-free; the interface is well-organized and left no questions unanswered. What I'd especially like to highlight is the excellent customer service. My server may be the smallest plan they offer, and I'm hardly a major source of revenue for Kamatera, yet they still were very responsive and took the time to fully restore my account and server when I messed things up. That level of support really stood out to me.
