This company works hard for their customers, and to win your business. They are very personable, and the most senior people are sometimes available to discuss your needs and issues. They are trying to compete in a competitive market, with various IAAS platforms out there, but it's worth giving them a try. They will at least discuss with you specific needs, which is something you will not find in other, massive IAAS companies.

Hi Owen, I'm so sorry to read about this missed connection. We take our customers' security very seriously, and indeed, even innocent accounts can get suspended from time to time. However, we do make sure to notify our customers both when they are suspended as well as the moment they are unsuspended, so that everyone can be on the same page.
