I created a free managed account, and was showing it to my client. I got support to help me setup my database. I took over and all was good. So my client wants to call Kamatera to talk about buying 4 dedicated servers. Service is outstanding, but sales is SLOW. Please add sales people to answer the phone. New customer should not have to schedule a meeting a week later just to ask some questions.

I can just do it from my Kamatera account and then, with a quick reboot, it's there! Finally, I'll say that the customer service is outstanding.
