Stay away SCAM
Stay away, they charged me 20$ for a service that I never used! They sent a bill titled" Random Card verification " what is that ?? IDK!! 20$ for card verification?? Started 2 tickets and they do NOT answer. Live chat not helpful, all he said that he prioritized my ticket. Still, didn't receive a refund! ### Edit ### : You have charged me yesterday another 19.5$ ( I'm not using your services ) Please refund and delete my account + my credit card information. In addition, didn't get a refund as you said!

bad that you have to put in your identity card It is a big security risk and it is very expensive if you compare with some other vps hosting and no good support I had recommended contabo

this company is a big scam. stay away
this company is a big scam. for exp: if you use 5 hours they will charge you on 100 hours and you will pay big amout of money !! be carful. they are scammers and there is lawsuits against them

This is a Scam
This is a Scam, Do not go for this service. I took a trial of this service and Create a Windows Server (RDP). I was using my RDP and it goes off with the message" Your account access from another computer" What? I never shared my IP and Credentials with anyone still this error occurred? I started observation and Yes, I was right my RDP was accessible by someone else. and I started complaining about it and now my account is Suspended.

Dont go to these guys
Dont go to these guys. Service was running fine and out of nowhere they just turned of my service. I have a running business on it! The appologised and promised it would not happen again. Then 2 days later again! This time no applogy no email. So very dodgy company and policies, would NOT recommend to my enemy.

Not happy
Not happy, asked them to delete my account as i have concerns with security. Requesting private information like Photos of ID, Cards over unsecured channels is a huge issue waiting to happen.

DO NOT open this account. They will bait and switch when you open the account. The price will increase by 50% by what you configure. Horrible customer service. Its based in another country and i cant get them to close my account. I was misled. What was $100 turned out to be over 150 a month after giving them my credit card details.

Very strange company
Review updated at their request. If you want any service that costs more that $100 a month you need to message them to get your quota increased. This is in their policy. They can increase it to $300 per month, but again anyone who needs any processing power, this is not enough. Upon this negative review they offered me a quota of $500 per month, but to get the power I need, I'd need a quota of $1500 per month. It also shouldn't take a negative review to get it. Again as per my original review, to decline business is a very strange way of doing business (or not in their case). If you need processing power, use AWS or IBM Cloud. I always try doing business with the smaller companies before I go to Amazon.

To explain, we do make exceptions, but we generally don't approve requests over $500 for new clients-- we reserve that for those clients who have been active for at least 6 months.
