Worst flight ever

Cam air and their stuff such big gamers and very untruth and unprofessional, they always give hard time to their customers, they don’t care about their customers , just cares about their pocket , I had very bad experience first time flying with this dumpster airline . They even not worth one star . I don’t know who is running this shits , from 1 to 10 you guys will not even get 1 , Below zero is your quality and service

Late and damaged baggage. When we claimed the damaged baggage twice, the rejected it. Around £400 lost. They had to deliver it to my house because it got lost. Do not recommend for customers.

I had a very disappointing experience with this airline, specifically regarding their lack of customer care. The check-in and boarding pass area had no structured queuing system. Other passengers were constantly bypassing the line, forcing us to wait in chaos for over two hours with young children. Even worse, once we finally boarded, we were kept waiting inside the aircraft for an additional two hours before takeoff . The counter staff were highly unprofessional, and rude when we asked for assistance. I cannot recommend this airline to families and travelers at all. مدیریت بسیار ضعیف در میدان هوایی، تاخیرهای طولانی و برخورد غیرمسلکی پرسنل ،دلایل است که به هیچ وجه این ایرلاین را به خانواده‌ها و مسافران توصیه نمی‌کنم

I wish i could gave less than 1 star. Absolutely horrible customer service. There no management, there nonsuch thing as queue for boarding pass. Every one was bypassing people. The staff at the kabul airport will make an excuse for anything, just to rip you off money. My flight was delayed for 2 and half hours, which eventually made us miss our connection flight. After coming to their counter, they wouldn’t take responsibility and were told to get lost basically. I don't know how this airline is allowed to operate outside the country. Please please avoid this cowboy air line. Its for your own safety, wellbeing and peace of mind

Kam air sarvice very bad the staff are very rude and disrespectful the airline always delayed the stuff don't know the rules and law make me wait 2 hours in kabul to check in asked me for fit to fly letter from Afghan doctor i had letter from uk doctor he did not accept that he was asking from Afghan doctor there no chairs i have to stand with my children for 2 hours for no reason and also my luggage was send to transfer in dubai I have to wait another 2 hours 30 minutes to get my luggage from dubai mistake after mistake never use again

This is the first time I have been asked to pay USD 90 for wheelchair assistance. Accessibility services should support passengers with disabilities, not create additional financial barriers. I hope Kam Air reviews this policy and provides wheelchair assistance in line with the practices followed by most international airlines.
