Aname
Rx delays, Inconsistent strength/quality Rx
1) Medication delays. Despite requesting refills as instructed by sight staff I consistently went 1-2 weeks without medication after every 4 weeks of receiving treatment. 2) The consistency/strength of the compounded ketamine I received in the mail varied greatly. My mental health declined significantly due to this. They use Empower pharmacy, AND I suggest you look them up online and view the FDA warnings they received over the last two years and customer complaints. 3) Once you are an established patient you cannot speak to someone on yhe phone if you have an issue with ANYTHING. They only respond via email and text, which is inconvenient if you work all day. Can take 1-3 to get an issue resolved. 4) They do not tailor your treatment for individual results. 300mg per week at max. At least hat is what I was told when I signed up. Some people build a tolerance and their dose needs to be adjusted to benefit from treatment. 5) You will have to change your password every single time you log in. ***In response to Kalm's response.... You do ship my medications to me. You use Empower pharmacy. It is always late and has varried greatly in quality and strength. With regard to the username on this website. AName is a pseudonym. I am not comfortable at all using my full real name and posting it publicly as mental health carries serious stigma. With regard to signing in. No, Kalm does not explicitly ask me to change my password everytime I sign in. BUT, I still have to change it everytime I sign in using your website. I was also asked by trustpilot to send YOU my full real name and phone number. I did that. You are lying about me being a fake patient to defend your terrible service. Alyssa Heisler (Patient Coordinator) and Briana- no last name posted (Patient Coordinator) are the last two people who received my last inquiry. I also have screenshots of EVERY discussion we have about this. Maybe trustpilot can send me a link to somehow post them here to further validate my claim. I can prove everything I say with portal screenshots and saved emails.
Response from Kalm - Magnetic BraceletsMay 17, 2026
Hello- It sounds like the experiences you are describing have nothing to do with Kalm. We do not manufacture, ship, or compound medication. We offer 7 day/ week customer service. We do not require password changes to sign in anywhere. We have no such 300mg/ week cap, with several of our patients exceeding 6,000mg/ month. "Aname" sounds like a fabricated alias consistent with these inaccurate/ irrelevant complaints. We take our mission of making mental healthcare accessible to all very seriously and ask you to kindly remove this review.
