Our story began with a simple idea: creating a natural solution to relieve menopause symptoms through the power of magnetotherapy and acupressure.During a trip to traditional Asia, my mother and I discovered bracelets inspired by ancient wellness rituals. Curious but skeptical, we decided to try them, and the results were astonishing. In just 10 days, my mother experienced fewer hot flashes and night sweats, and within 15 days, she managed to eliminate her "meno belly." I knew I couldn’t keep this discovery to myself... And that’s how Kalm was born.

They first charge you the first two months before ever seeing a doctor. The appointments are weeks out, so you'll be waiting for your first consultation. My experience for the first consultation was a doctor no-show. After an hour of waiting he/she never showed up. The customer care team lied to me and said he was in the waiting room, but I had clicked the provided email link and waited around for a total of 65 minutes. They even pinged the doctor who was supposedly waiting for me only to hear back from him 30 minutes later to give me the false story that I was in the wrong waiting room. They literally tried to say it was my fault even know I followed their instructions to a 'T'. Imagine what treatment looks like if you're in dire need of something. These type of companies are in it for the money, not to help people who are seeking medical treatment.

Complete Scam Company
My partner used Kalm for a few months and was promptly charged every month and would often only receive half to a third of the promised number of lozenges. And then the last 2 months they charged him, met with him and just sent nothing. And would ignore him reaching out. Finally he charged back the first charge because it's been 2 months and he never received meds and they instantly cancelled his membership and wouldn't even send him the meds for the July fee he paid 20 days ago. So now 2 full months of charges with nothing. guess they're getting another chargeback. complete scam company.

A therapist who says NOPE
I am a therapist who has had a number of clients utilize this online platform. I have been quite dismayed by the experience and lack of education and support they have received about ketamine treatment. All have had an easy time getting a prescription with varying lengths of time in receiving their prescription in the mail. One client was not notified that their dry ice package was arriving on a specific day and the package arrived in the morning when they were at work, sat in the hot sun all day until they were able to retrieve it when they got home. None of my clients were instructed on the proper use of the drug and just took it as they would take any medication. Ketamine is a neuroplasticity medication and it is important that it be used in conjunction with a certain mindset in order to optimize its effectiveness. Utilizing the drug during the course of a highly stressful workday or without setting time aside from one's typical days activities takes away from the effectiveness of the medication. I created a treatment regimen for my clients that included specific intentions, guided meditations, binaural recordings and time set aside to lay down and use the medication in an intentional way much like the Mindbloom program utilizes. Additionally, my clients have had difficulty accessing their follow up appointments with their Kalm doctors through the platform and have felt as if they were a part of a 'cattle call' system. As a psychotherapist who regularly provides psychoeducation about alternative treatments for mental health treatment, Kalm is unfortunately not one that I would recommend.

Not healthcare
Like others on here, the only constant is the monthly charges which constantly increase.
After a year on the same dose and showing great improvement, my dose was slashed 60% without reason. They blamed the pharmacy then they blamed state law. Neither apply to at home ketamine in Texas. They were unable to substantiate their claim.
I posted a thorough review including very unprofessional statements they made by email, but they flagged the review.
Ultimately when pressed, they cancelled my service dropping me as a patient .
If you have similar experience, file a medical board complaint in your state against the prescribing provider. TMB requested all documentation and had an investigator call me a few days later and are extremely interested in their business practices.

Our prices do not increase. You can select the $124 monthly plan or the $174 2-month plan. Our providers have nothing to do with billing, and are not compensated based on prescriptions.

No responses mid treatment
I was a client and received two shipments. Unfortunately, I was hit with a price buy up, due to the mg the doctor prescribed. It wasn't 'all inclusive' as indicated on the website.
I messaged them multiple times in the patient portal for refills, but no one ever responded.
My health got worse, so I went to another provider.

Hello, pricing is transparently displayed on our website. We have two prices which all dosage protocols fall into. Anyone with a prescription for a higher dose can opt for a lower dose so as not to switch to the advanced dosage membership.

It’s inexpensive, sure - but what a frustrating process.
Signed up June 4 with hopes of something great. I was billed that day, but it took another week to get an appointment to visit with anyone. Then another 10 days for medication to arrive - so I didn’t even “start” until June 18th. Their system says you’re responsible for requesting a refill when you have two weeks remaining. So on June 30th, I did just that. On July 6th, they responded in the portal that I needed another provider appointment - okay, sure. They already billed me for another month on July 4th - but I was able to make it for July 8th. Online portal said all times were Eastern Timezone. So I made it for 1:40, knowing my calendar was clear at 11:40 Mountain time. I received a confirmation email that also confirmed 1:40 Eastern Time. At that time, no one showed up. Then 3 hours later while I’m in the middle of a meeting, apparently that’s when my appointment was and I missed it. Pacific time, not eastern time like ever other screen and confirmation said. So, I go to schedule another appointment and nothing is available now until the 15th. Essentially, by the time I made that appointment, and received a refill 10 days later, I would have now been charged for 3 months of service for one month of support. To cancel, you do t sent them a text, you don’t send them a note in the portal, you have to go find the physical email address buried in a footer on a page - that’s the only way they’ll accept a cancellation request.
Response:
- You then proceeded to ask what time zone and request cancellation.
I asked in the portal for clarification the night before. since every other notification I had said eastern time. I assumed it was probably a human typo in the one place it was different. And even now, no one has responded to my question, other than here. I didn’t ask to cancel until I spent the next 3 hours trying to find a way to get in touch with anyone there and finally got frustrated. 7 days between my last portal message and a response. But it only took someone 1 hour to engage after creating this review.
- Despite clearly displaying the timezone, we offered to reschedule your consultation at no additional fee the very same day.
It wasn’t clear at all, that’s the whole point. I had 3 different touch point communications, two of them disagreed with the one other.
I tried to reach out. I responded to the text I got 3 mins before the later appointment. No response from you.
I even found a number for the provider online even though the only thing you gave me was “starts with 360”. And I sent an sms to them. No response.
- Simultaneously, you were promptly cancelled and refunded- this was within 14 minutes of your request.
What refund? I have no email stating as much, nothing in the portal stating as much, and no credit on my card. So if you refunded anything. I haven’t gotten it

Run!
I signed up for Kalm and my card has already been charged on June 4. I missed my first appointment and communication with them has been poor. Their platform is strictly messaging like a answering service but takes longer to respond a works 5 days. I told them I would file this a fraud and received a combative response saying I should be careful or I wouldn't get me money back...AND I HAVEN'T. They are not the least bit interested in offering care. The responses are unprofessional even on this site.
They say you can change and make appointments on their site...that is a lie.
They say you can check your order status...that is a lie.
They say you can cancel or manage your account...that is a lie.
The only thing you can do send a message and hope for a response. I have instructions. I'm just making my rounds and may take my husband's advice and post their messages and emails. Customer service comes across as litigation. I won't be bullied. This has been extremely stressful.
UPDATE: I was told I would get a refund for the second order and the first one was on the way...that was a lie. I believe firmly that people need to be aware of telehealth for mental health. I'm not sure if Customer service is the owner or lawyer but the responses are so aggressive and unprofessional it can't possibly be a line staff. The tone is too personal and defensive.
Everyone should do their part to prevent this from continuing. I certainly will. Reddit has lots of reviews regarding charges and you can contact them if you have additional questions. The better business bureau and licensing agencies are key in reporting the fraudulent activities of companies a like this. If you feel you are being taken advantage of by any health care providers you should file your complaints with medical boards and them determine if you you were wronged. Keep your correspondence and emails and document EVERYTHING.
This update was required when I saw how combative they can be and i realized how much work, time, energy and peace of mind was required to stop being charged. This is not healthy for anyone having struggles with mental health.

According to this review: You missed your appointment but were dissatisfied that it needed to be rescheduled. It is true that if after scheduling automatically you fail to show for your appointment, we have to schedule you manually. Nowhere on the website does it say something different. There is no order status to check if you haven't had an appointment. You can cancel your account via the cancelation policy (publicly visible) at any time which you have still yet to do. Yes, if you message- we respond. Update: Your cancellation and refund were processed 4 hours and 3 minutes after request.
