I can’t speak to the furniture itself since I cancelled my order (the customer service rep was nice and helpful) but I do think folks should be warned not to include the “furniture protectors” in their order. I received mine separately from my furniture order- they were $29 for eight small felt stickers. (It’s on me for not noticing that when I put in the order, but that’s pretty egregious.) The customs slip said they were sent as a sample, which seems inaccurate. I was able to buy the same felt protectors for a pack of about 100 for $5.

Easy to order… need to wait until they are delivered to give a fair review!

I bought some Wishbone chairs on pre-order. They arrived a few days later than I was advised and I was disappointed that the price dropped by the time I received them. Nevertheless the quality seems good for the price.

Straightforward enough order and checkout process. Would have appreciated the option of paying by PayPal as it removes the need to enter card details and shipping/billing addresses manually. £25 for text updates seems a little steep and the pricing for this wasn't transparent.

A simple and easy to order product. Site is well organised to make navigation easy. I haven't got the product yet or finished the experience but I'm happy to improve the rating once received and all reviewed and set up, but so far so good!

A overall really good experience will buy again, and will definitely recommend site to friends and family

I ordered two wishbone chairs in Walnut and they arrived in the shade Oak which is the complete opposite colour. I contacted them to change them or return them and they were extremely unhelpful saying that the shades can vary and I would have to pay the shipping fees to return them on top of the £30 shipping fee I had already paid. The products shown are very misleading. I honestly don't understand why they would even show a shade that they do not offer and send another one, when it's obviously going to cause an issue like this.

Issue with finding my address - other than that a very clean and minimalistic look
