KakobuyReviews of kakobuy.com

Please, never order from kakobuy, it’s the biggest scammers I have ever had as an agent, I ordered 3 parcels from them (each of them was about 7kg) I payed for the vacuuming 2 time, It is an additional fee that gets items volume down so the shipping costs less, I never had vacuuming, they forced me to pay x2 on the parcel, they use big boxes for small items so it takes more space even after rehearsal, they even added extra large bubble wrap for a ski mask, why would I need x10 the size of a ski mask of bubble wrap ? On my 3rd parcel, 50% of all the items were either off stock, lost or just couldn’t come, they have indeed refunded me, but bank fees and transfer fees are not a problem for them, they don’t give a damn f, I’m now on superbuy, I never had a single probleme and they are way cheaper, stay safe fam ❤️

Kakobuy is a scam, luring you with low price to buy product, afterwards, you pay more for shipping (30 dollars) for item 10 dollar. Avoid this site!!

To anyone reading this, I promise the 5 star reviews are written by Kakobuy themselves - this website scammed me, after I purchased all of the items and paid for shipping, the package never arrived and customer support just keeps dodging and avoiding the refund. After some further research, Kakobuy is the rebranding of a website called Hagobuy, which exit scammed not too long ago - PLEASE do not buy from this website!!!

First time was pretty good. Ordered 5 things for total 180€(including shipping). Second time wasnt really great. Everything arrived to the kakobuy storage place in 4 days but two items didnt so i returned. Then i paid 180€ for 10 products and they only sent 9 of them. They couldnt even refund me.

This site is pretty shit! I ordered 2 pair of shoes. When i asked them where my shoes are they answer they are in warehouse now. I had to pay them for shipping same price as costed 2 pair of shoes. I said wtf! I am not going to pay this. So i wanted to cancel the order! But they told me i can do it in my application. I went to do it. But didnt see where to do it! So i send them email if they can tell me step by step where i can do it. They send email time is up! i cannot cancel order anymore. I was like wtf! Pretty crap. So they have money for my shoes now 56$ because i am not going to pay 57$ for shipping. I will never shop there anymore. Very unhappy with this site. It never happend to me before with other site

I order glasses Big scratch can’t use waste of money waiting for 3 weeks scammer email no answer chat not working

SCAM.. I received a package of 3 crappy non-usable items that I didn’t order. No response after mailing them. Money gone, items never received. Company is from China . After nearly 2 weeks I received a response to send pictures and Package number. That was also a scam. They blocked all Mails coming from my Email Account so all my Messages cam back to me. Be aware
