I didn’t get my order and there block me

I ordered an expensive item, seller sent something totally different, its was scam, kakobuy support did nothing, they supported him.

Qualität ist sehr sehr sehr schlächt kundensupport ist nicht richtig drauf eingegangen das die sachen kaputt sind. Ich habe auch extra eine versicherung dazu gekauft und trozdem wird es nicht ersetzt. NIEMALS DORT BESTELLEN VERTRAUT MIR!!!!

Made people pay first and not even tell the weight. After, They show a stupidly high price to ship out. And even if you fall for that they won’t let you use PayPal or credit card which is literally the only ways you can charge back. Not to mention custom charges, seizure, and fines. Honestly, you’re better with shien or any other website other that these 3rd party sellers. Quick tip for Canadians, you can buy straight off taobao if you really want. Stay off these 3rd party apps PLEASE

i shipped my parcel from Kakobuy around a month ago and i havent gotten a single update, have been contacting support for a month now too and all they do is tell me to "wait patiently, friend" i dont recomend this agent at all

They recently announced in their discord server that they will reward users with a 100 yuan shipping coupon upon leaving a trustpilot review detailing their "enjoyable shopping experience with Kakobuy" Along with that, some time ago, they had a script kid replace every quality check photo on their website with photos of naked men. The shipping prices are also outrageous. These are the prices to ship a 3000 gram 35x26x20 parcel for kakobuy, cssbuy and sugargoo Kakobuy : $80 - cheapest line, shoes only, not worth taking into account as the name of the shipping company is not even listed. Additionally, it states that the offer expires on february 1st 2023, also that it's only for 1 pair of shoes without a box $84.8 - DHL, the actual cheapest shipping line Cssbuy : $45 - SAL, cheapest line, not worth taking into account due to being unreliable, slow and not having good insurance $56.4 - DHL, the actual cheapest shipping line if you don't want to deal with the mess that SAL is Sugargoo : $42.4 - DHL Railway, not worth taking into account due to being unreliable and extremely slow $61.7 - DHL, the actual cheapest shipping line if you don't want to deal with shipping via railway You can compare their prices to any agent of a somewhat decent size if you want to make your own judgement

it's been months since i ordered my package and the agents keep telling me the same thing over and over again just not getting me my package. One of the agents even blocked me.

Pésimo servicio, ropa defectuosa y soporte ausenteCompré un paquete de ropa y 5 prendas llegaron completamente rotas, descosidas y con fallas graves de calidad de origen. Tomé fotos inmediatamente al abrir el paquete, pero el servicio de atención al cliente por WhatsApp se niega a hacerse responsable utilizando la típica excusa de exigir un video que es inviable. Además, se defienden diciendo que los defectos no se veían en las fotos lejanas del 'rehearsal' de su almacén, lo cual es ridículo porque las costuras rotas solo se ven al tener la ropa en la mano. No cuidan al comprador ni asumen sus errores como intermediarios. No recomiendo usar Kakobuy. Ya he abierto disputas en PayPal para recuperar mi dinero por la vía legal.
