(Edited to reflect the final outcome. See updates below.). TL;DR All was solved to satisfaction. Ordered over 17 days ago. The shop claims 5-7 business days for delivery to Europe. All I got was a broken tracking link with a page that is only Chinese until I figured out by trial & error what button changed the language. Then, the tracking page only told me it's an unknown carrier. Now, instead of a proper status update I get this mail asking me to evaluate the experience. I saved around 20 € compared to Amazon, but had I ordered from there I would at least very likely already have the product and useful communication about my order. Update: I had written to the company at the same time as filing this review and they got back to me yesterday that my package will arrive by plane from China next week since the Europe shipping center was out of stock. However, shortly after that I finally got a tracking mail from the shipping company that contradicted that statement, since it indicated that it had been shipped weeks ago. Later on the same day, I also received the package itself. Make of the dubious communication what you will - I did get my product in the end, albeit 9 days later than the maximum indicated delivery time. Update #2: The vendor contacted me with an apology and offered to refund a part of the product price, which I think was a good compensation. Updated the rating.

Great product excellent customer service

Ottimo prodotto, ottimo servizio

Bel multimetro digitale completo di quanto serve per iniziare e dotato di buona precisione.

It has all the features a residential and industrial electricity enthusiast needs. The quality of the equipment is ok, the cables feel very comfortable. The included bag feels stiff enough to protect the team from some drops. You will have no problem taking measurements with it, it is very comfortable and easy to use. In the manual you will be able to answer almost all your questions. Overall I think it's the best equipment you can buy price-wise. I am very happy with the purchase.

Quick delivery, great product, excellent value for money. If crocodile clips had been included, it would have been perfect
