It took 48 hrs for someone to get back to me regarding my missing item but they finally made it right
Response from KahunasurfJun 19, 2026
We responded to Jennifer’s inquiry in less than 24 hours. And sent out a replacement order the next day. We later discovered the mail clerk at Jennifer’s university had picked up the item from the post office but not delivered it to Jennifer (and still hasn’t as far as we know). Completely out of our control. But we still sent a replacement item out to take care of the customer promptly.

The many choices and colors were a big part of our choices. It’s sometimes difficult to find smaller wrist sizes. Also, the fact that you sent 2 different sizes of the Big Kahuna for us to choose from was great. Now we need to know if you would like us to send back the one that’s too large or find a ‘fitting’ home for it. Again, thanks so so much🤙🏻wondering if I can buy the screw-in/bolt part for my bracelet. Mine vibrated out while is was mowing and I lost it. It’s for the 7 inch zebra. Thank you. Our local small town hardware store hooked me up with a pin/bolt for my bracelet so I’m back in fashion business!! As for the Big Kahuna, my opinion is that the bracelet itself is just fine. The hardware would seem to be the issue because of the size on a smaller wrist.

Lori, I will reach out via email to follow up and we will get you taken care of at no cost. We appreciate your business. Would love your feedback on the Big Kahuna Bracelet too. Considering only offering that one in larger sizes and want your thoughts. We appreciate you!

I had a question about a product and they went above and beyond to answer that question and then showed me where to find it. They are very kind and generous and want to do good in the community!!
