Please read this before booking with this travel agency. I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with this company. We were due to travel in just 13 days and had originally booked our Umrah package for three days after Eid. We paid $2,500 for accommodation at Makkah Towers and Grand Plaza Badr Al Maqam for a quint room. Unfortunately, due to the conflict in the Middle East, our flights were cancelled by the airline. This was completely beyond our control. When we contacted Kaaba Deals, the manager, Ahmed Reza, assured us, “Don’t worry, sister. Your money is safe. We will adjust everything accordingly.” Later, they suddenly informed us that Ramadan bookings are non-refundable. After several discussions, they finally agreed that if we travelled within the next two years, they would honor what they had originally promised. We then rebooked our Umrah for July. When we followed up, they claimed they had never received any refund from the hotels because of the global situation. However, they assured us they would provide even better hotels and sent us vouchers for Jabal Omar Marriott and Nusk Al Eman. My parents are travelling from Sri Lanka. To obtain their visas, the hotel must approve the visa request. We informed Kaaba Deals about this, and they repeatedly assured us that the hotels would confirm the request. Two days later, we were informed that both hotels had rejected the visa request. When we contacted Kaaba Deals again, they changed their story and demanded that we book an additional room and pay another $2,500. We refused because this was never part of our original agreement. We even told them they did not need to arrange accommodation for my parents—we would book that ourselves. All we asked was for the hotel confirmation they had already promised. The manager then said he would contact their Makkah office and send us the confirmation. The following day, he changed his explanation again, claiming that the Marriott required us to book two rooms and that they could no longer confirm our reservation. Instead, he offered us a completely different hotel. At every stage, the information kept changing. Promises were made, then withdrawn. We were repeatedly told one thing, only to be told something different later. This is our first Umrah, and we trusted this company with our savings. Instead of receiving the service we paid for, we have experienced stress, uncertainty, and disappointment. If you question them about this review, I expect they will have their own explanation. However, everything I have written is based on my personal experience dealing with this company. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what my family has experienced. Please do your research before booking and be very careful with your hard-earned money. May Allah (SWT) grant justice to everyone who has been treated unfairly.

I am writing this from Makkah, I am currently on travel with this company, second day of my travel, after performing Umrah, do not trust this business, house of lies, these people are incompetent, non professional and makes excuses for everything. there is no explanation for the fraud they are doing, losing money with them does not even explain it. The suffering you get with them is unbelievable. one of the guy said, " you will get Ajar for Akhira for these hardships ( for the things they could not do). Dont pay them via Zelle. The fraud goes like this. 1. Affordable Package 2. Travel arrangements 3. Visa Support 4. Transportation By the time you finish afforable package become extreme costly , bc of the incompetent way they book the hotels and travel tickets. I was quoted around 10200 $ for 6 people ( 2 adults and 4 children ( one child was 13 so was changed to an adult), later on when air tickets were not booked the agent says bc you had a child who was 13 and was counted as an adult to get the ticket, while it was already communicated and package shows the child as an adult, and I was told tickets are not purchased bc will get cheaper, guess what, charged me 1000$ to reserve the air tickets and were not booked till a day before travel and there was no reservation so i have to pay the full price, ( 12270$ for air tickets while the quoted price was 10200$ for the whole trip). I was fortunate to have the tickets other wise would have to cancel the travel all together, of course , the same ticket when we started looking was total amiable for under 8500 $. the agent tells me ( you know brother the middle east war situation etc , there has not been any attacks for last monthI was not given any support for visa, I could have applied it before travel, but no communication about it. and Visa payment is not included in package. I also wanted my mother to join me from Pakistan and the agent added her , did not get her tickets on time , gave me different dates after, different airports, no visa support for her ( I have to get to her flight terminal after booking last minute ticket myself for her , I found a ticket for her and asked the agent to book, after he runs the card and it needs verification by the card issuer the last tickets are sold so its my fault that I did not verify the card on time, I did get a separate ticket, she does not have visa, and does not have credit card so Jeddah airport people dont take cash at ariport so I go to her terminal, get a local sim, call her on facetime, whatsapp dose not work in Suadi for calls, able to talk to immigration officer who let me come in and pay for her fee, just imagine in a county that it could not be done so she would have to go back to Pakistan, the guy told me he would take care of her visa once I get her ticket , nothing done. for hotels, they sent me a confirmation voucher in the start, for Pullman Zam Zam and Anwar AL madina with confirmation number, looks like a document they create in house , and then on the day of my flight , I message of hotels confirmed at Hilton intercont and Al Mukhatara in Madina, thats message came in flight, I had wifi other wise would have known once land at the airport. So I ask agent, he tells me these ones are better than they booked, which is not true . once we reach hotel, I have to pay full price, as no payment was made by the agent who booked, they just put a card but that payment would be made when reach hotel and of course hotel wont charge that card bc its not my card an I dont have it to present so either I get the room by paying from my card or find another hotel. same thing with Madina hotel, I called that hotel and they have the same situation, no payment made and full balance due, ( agent told me when I reach hotel I will have to pay a small fee, guess that fee is full price of the hotel booking 1400$ as no payment was made and thats the actual price of the stay there. also rooms have 2 twin beds on different floors, with small kids , imagine going with original booking. Breakfast was not included for all people, so only two people could have breakfast and rest needed to pay for extra. in recap, a quoted price of 6 travelers including everything of $10962, has costed me so far $3930 = paid to Kaaba travel for hotel booking, transportation , visa support and ticket reservation via Zelle $12270= for air tickets, paid to airline by me directly $ 630= for visa on arrival paid by me $1431= paid at Hilton Intercont for 4 nights stay paid by me $1646= paid for Madina hotel by me Total package cost $ 19907 so far. ( paid by me) plus add $ million dollar inconvenience , constant headaches, uncertainty, physical exertion bc of them moving your hotels further away unfortunately since sharing my credit cards info with this business two attempts were made to charge my cards on two travel booking sites.

I could’ve have given them a zero star if I could. I trusted them and applied Saudi visa for my husband with them and only for them to come tell me that my visa was rejected just few days before my flight departure. Don’t waste your money with them. It’s not my first time going to umrah but they gave the worst experience!!! Look for another agency to book your umrah packages brother and sister!!

We regret to hear about your disappointment, but it is important to clarify the situation for transparency. Your booking with us was only for visa processing, not for a full Umrah package. From the very beginning, our team informed you of the risk factors involved, as your husband holds a Sudanese passport without a U.S. Green Card. We explained clearly that visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Saudi Embassy, and no agency can guarantee approval. Despite this, you chose to proceed with the application, fully aware of the potential outcome. We notified you of the rejection before your travel date, giving you time to adjust your plans. While we understand your frustration, it is unfair to hold the agency responsible for an embassy decision beyond our control. Our commitment remains to provide honest guidance and timely updates to all clients. We encourage future travelers to carefully consider the documentation requirements before applying, as transparency and fairness are always our priority. Kind Regards

I am writing this review to formally express my profound disappointment and frustration with the services provided by this agency for our family’s Umrah trip during the holy month of Ramadan. What was promised as a seamless, spiritually focused journey devolved into a series of avoidable failures, misrepresentations, and financial burdens that severely diminished our experience. We selected this agency based on their assurance of a luxury package designed to allow our family—including a 9-month-old infant—to perform Umrah with ease and comfort. Unfortunately, from the outset, the agency failed to deliver on virtually every commitment made. Last-Minute Itinerary Change Without Consultation Our confirmed itinerary allocated three nights in Madinah and four nights in Makkah. However, without prior discussion or consent, the agency altered the schedule the night before our departure—reducing our stay in Madinah to two nights and extending Makkah to five nights. This abrupt change demonstrated a complete disregard for our planning and preferences. Failure to Provide Visa and Insurance The package explicitly included Umrah visa and health insurance. Upon arrival, we discovered that neither had been arranged. We were forced to obtain visas at the airport at an out-of-pocket cost of $105.28 per person. For our group of six, this amounted to an unexpected expense of $631.68—a cost that should have been covered by the agency. Hotel Substitutions and Breach of Agreement One of our most critical requirements was a hotel within a five-minute walk of the Haram in Makkah due to the infant in our group. Despite explicit confirmation, we were redirected upon arrival at Jeddah Airport to a different hotel that was not within walking distance. Additionally, the promised Sahur buffet was not available at this substituted hotel, forcing us to cover meals out of pocket. Similarly, in Madinah, the agency advertised a five-star hotel but instead provided accommodations that were, at best, two-star—again without the promised Sahur service. Incorrect Guidance on Religious Rituals The agency directed us to the Aisha Mosque at the Miqat for our first Umrah, despite being aware that this location is not the correct Miqat for first-time pilgrims. This error required us to travel to the proper Miqat at an additional cost of 500 SAR. Such negligence in matters of religious significance is particularly unacceptable. Pattern of Deception and Evasive Practices Throughout our interactions, the agency consistently provided false assurances and deflected responsibility. They refused to share hotel confirmations prior to departure, instead disclosing last-minute changes upon arrival at the airport. Notably, the agency insisted on payment via wire transfer or Zelle—methods that complicate recourse for refunds—which suggests a deliberate effort to avoid accountability. When I raised concerns regarding negative reviews I had seen on Google, staff dismissively claimed that dissatisfied clients had not paid in full. This assertion is demonstrably false, as we had paid the full amount well in advance. Conclusion Our experience was marked by broken promises, unprofessional conduct, and a complete failure to deliver the services for which we contracted. What was intended to be a spiritually uplifting journey during Ramadan was instead overshadowed by preventable stress, financial burden, and dishonesty on the part of the agency. I strongly urge anyone considering this agency to exercise extreme caution and to thoroughly verify all arrangements independently before committing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency to anyone seeking a reliable and respectful Umrah travel experience.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided during my recent trip arranged by this agency from March 4th to March 12th. I purchased a luxury package that was supposed to include: - Airline Tickets - Umrah Visa and Health Insurance - Transportation (Airport Transfers, Intercity Travel, and Ziyarat Tours) - 5-Star Hotels in Makkah and Madinah - Sahur Buffet - Professional Umrah and Ziyarat Guides Unfortunately, my experience was very poor and did not meet the standards promised in this luxury package. Originally, the plan was to have three nights in Madinah and four nights in Makkah. However, the itinerary was changed at the very last minute—just one night before departure—to five nights in Makkah and only two nights in Madinah. This abrupt change was not only inconvenient but also poorly communicated. Additionally, the package failed to deliver the promised services: they did not provide the Umrah Visa and Health Insurance as agreed. Instead, I had to apply for the visa upon arrival at the airport, which cost me an additional $105.28 per person. For six people, this amounted to a total of $631.68. Moreover, the hotel included in the package was supposed to be within a five-minute walk from the Haram in Makkah, which I explicitly requested due to having a 9-month-old baby and the inability to use shuttles. However, upon arrival at Jeddah Airport, I was transferred to a different hotel that was not within walking distance. The new hotel did not offer the Sahur Buffet, forcing me to pay out of pocket for Sahur meals. Furthermore, the agency arranged for us to go to the Aisha Mosque at the Miqat for Ihram during our first Umrah. They were aware this was not the correct Miqat for first-time Ihram pilgrims, yet they still directed us there. Due to this, I had to travel to another Miqat, which cost an additional 500 SAR. Instead of the promised five-star hotel in Madinah, we received a two-star hotel, also without Sahur. I am extremely disappointed with the overall quality of service during this holy month of Ramadan. The staff repeatedly lied and made false promises, offering flimsy excuses for every change and denying responsibility. Many of these modifications were apparently planned in advance, as they only accepted payments via wire transfer or Zelle, making it difficult to request refunds if services were not delivered as promised. They also refused to send confirmation of hotel bookings before the trip, opting instead to inform us about last-minute changes at the airport, blaming others for these alterations. When I questioned some negative reviews on Google, the staff dismissively claimed that clients who had not paid the full amount experienced downgraded services, which I believe is false since they only provide services once full payment is received. Overall, my experience has been deeply unsatisfactory, and I feel misled by the agency’s false assurances and poor management.

Avoid Kaaba Deals Travel at all costs — especially if you are booking an Umrah package expecting honesty, transparency, or Islamic business ethics. This company advertises Umrah “packages” and presents itself as a trustworthy option for religious travel, but my experience was the complete opposite and deeply disappointing. Conducting business related to a sacred journey while operating in ways that feel completely unethical and, in my opinion, entirely against the spirit of halal business practices is extremely upsetting. They showed me a specific airline, dates, and flight plan as part of the agreement. However, instead of receiving immediate confirmations like you would with a legitimate travel agency, details were delayed for several days. When the information finally came through, the flights had been booked on different dates, with a different airline, a different route, and a different total cost than what was originally agreed upon. Despite presenting themselves as an agency, my experience was that they simply used my card information directly on airline booking websites and then expected additional fees to be paid separately via Zelle or wire transfer — something that should immediately raise concerns for anyone booking travel, especially something as important as Umrah. When I raised the issue and requested a correction or refund, they refused to take responsibility. I was forced to dispute over $4,000 in charges just to protect myself, and now three months later I am STILL dealing with ongoing dispute problems and financial stress because of their actions. Selling Umrah packages while conducting business in a way that lacks transparency, accountability, and fairness is incredibly disappointing. People place trust in companies when planning a religious journey, and based on my experience, that trust was completely misplaced. If you value honesty, clear communication, and ethical business practices — look elsewhere.
