I enjoyed it very much. What I liked most is learning how a dog communicates and his real needs as a dog, I enjoyed very much seeing real people working to change a dog’s habits with smart solutions. In all, I was seeing for the first time a true free video that lasted quite a while and gave us a taste of an intelligent training for the dog, not only for the owner.

I learnt a lot from your Master Class. A question though? Do you reward your dogs? I reward mine. That said I do phase out food (except for recall) and use life rewards. I still think verbal cues can/should be used in certain situations.

I rescued a young Swiss Shepherd 8mnths ago and although I have owned and trained shepherds over the last 50 years, this girl has proved to be hard work. Mostly pulling on the lead and barking at other dogs. I put the lead training that I watched on your video to good use and I’m pleased to say we are getting there! Getting her to watch me and to listen to me has made such a difference. So thank you for the valuable advice!

The video explained carefully and I enjoyed the advice. If I had the funds, I would love to do the whole course but even at the discounted rate my budget does not allow it. I am grateful for what I learnt.

I'm still working on our traumatized rescue dog, Talia, but I already see a difference. Talia will ask for petting & enjoy it, then suddenly snap at me. I tell her "no" and walk away but the behavior continued. After watching this video, I tried to act more like a dog - when she snapped at me, I growled at her and gave her a quick slap on the nose. She was so surprised and just sat there for 20 minutes or so.
