I booked a spirit flight intended to fly from Detroit Metropolitan Airport to Newark Liberty Airport on k2ticket, it turned out to be fake ticket when I confirmed to check in on spirit website. They gave a 5digit booking number which ought to be a 6 alpha-numeric number. Spirit airline told me they couldn't found my booking information when I put in my last name and the "booking number" issued by k2ticket. Please, how can I reclaim my money back? I paid through credit card

Scam, tried to charge credit card for unauthorized charges. Thankfully my bank flagged. Calls from the "company" come from a spay and neuter number in Nevada.

Never book with this website!! After I booked my ticket, arranged a hotel and informed my family (my booking was a surprise), I got a phone call that they couldn’t confirm my booking. I had to pay the DOUBLE amount of money!! I couldn’t speak with the manager because it was weekend!! I was planning to leave tomorrow but now I had to cancel because they couldn’t confirm my flight. Very bad experience!! Would never book with k2tickets!! What a SCAM!

I booked a ticket and I am pasting the text directly from their website order confirmation page "All fares displayed here are quoted in USD and inclusive of the base fare, taxes, and fees. ..." Guess what. Minutes after booking a ticket, I received a call from them asking for more 'taxes and fees' as the booking will not be confirmed unless I pay the additional taxes and fee (I mean - read the text on your website first). When I told the person that this is not what their website says, they started arguing and started giving some bull** explanation which does not make sense at all.

In January 2023 I bought them a ticket to travel from Chile to Atlanta and from Atlanta to Miami; We could not use it because my nephew was going to use it and in Delta Airlines policies, they say that the ticket must be purchased by the same person who is going to travel. After having made contact with Delta Airlines, they tell me that the 100% refund of the ticket was made to the intermediary company K2 TICKETS. Today is February 28, 2023 and it has been impossible for me to get my money back, I have sent emails, I have called by phone and I have not been able to get my money back, just like Delta Airlines will return it to them. I do not recommend them at all
