Alex Smooth Superstore is STILL a total scam!!! They've got a new number, 347-353-1499, but they are only taking money in, and not sending anything out! DO NOT BE FOOLED, they will take your money and NEVER RESPOND back. Also, they are still using the 347-353-1490 and 631-624-1110 numbers and its all the same person--DO NOT BUY!!!

This site is a scam. Everything was good untill I sent the payment. Spoke with a guy 3 separate times at that time I felt good about making a order. Haven't received a reply since the payment was made over cash app. Don't use the site. Straight scam.

They use to accept PayPal as an option and when they did I ordered product with zero problems. Once they stopped accepting PayPal, I stopped placing orders through the site. Cash app, Zelle, and the like don’t protect you if you don’t receive your products - while PayPal does. Which is why they stopped using PayPal so they can scam people. Do not use this site unless they have PayPal as an option and when using PayPal DO NOT USE FRIENDS AND FAMILY because PayPal WON’T protect that. Use goods and services even if they tell you not to.

This is a huge scam! They got me for almost 200! then tried to get me to pay more to insure the package when I paid 35 for overnight shipping which was required . I'm reporting to BBB and Attorney generals office

I'm only giving a 5stars now because i have not actually received my order yet when i do i will adjust my review as a whole experience. i messed up my order at first and was frustrated so i called in a crap mood they fixed everything. customer service is amazing! i was able to contact them and get a response by email, Charta chat and phone they responded and handled all my questions with patience every time and I'm a terrible online customer im the type check my order daily lol the lady that answers the phone was so sweet!!! THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE .

Scam site . scammed me 90 bucks by cash app . wish Google would take the site down ..REPEAT DO NOT USE SITE. I got the conversation .with k2 assistant proof of payment . everything .once they get money they refuse to do anything else. Criminal false advertising.

I would honesty like to give this site 0 stars. They are criminals.....they take your money and then "cancel" your order. I've been trying for 3 months to get my $100 back . if you email they do not respond and if you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone you can't understand what they say. This site is FRAUD! Pay me my refund scum bag
