Terrible shipping speed
Terrible shipping speed. Paid for 2nd day shipping and its been almost 2 weeks and still no item or shipping update. US based company and can't have a product to the customer within at least 3-4 days. Huge set back on my end. Won't buy from again

Hi Travis, We understand the frustration, especially after paying for 2nd Day Air. After reviewing the shipment, it appears the original package was lost in transit. Once that became clear, we immediately had a replacement processed with expedited shipping. The replacement was delivered on September 3. We’re glad we were able to get the order completed for you.

Address change issues
I had accidentally ordered this to the wrong address. I sent an email and never received a response and then had called customer support to change the shipping address. The call only lasted a minute at the most and they never asked for my order number but had assured me the address was changed. It was sent to the wrong address and was a hassle to retrieve. Would never order from this company again

Hi Christian, We understand the frustration. Our records show the order had already been processed for shipment before the address change was entered later that day. Once an order has been processed and handed into the shipping workflow, address changes are not always able to be applied in time. The package was ultimately delivered on August 28. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

3 weeks later. Order at label created still.
Well it’s 3 plus weeks later and the only thing my order has done is have a label created. Haven’t received parts. And way past the said “2/5” business days the website claims. Missed driving at 2 events because of it. Has been a terrible experience

Hi Blake, We understand the frustration, especially with having events coming up. This particular item is made to order and has a longer production timeframe than our standard stocked items. Our team advised that the estimated timeframe was approximately 2–4 weeks, and the order was delivered on September 3. We appreciate your patience and understand the timing wasn’t ideal for what you had planned.

dont buy. broke in 3 days.
product was grest worked fine for 3 days. now the half the strip is out. NO ONE is answering my emails calls, anything. i want a refund or a way to fix it. I was being nice but now i’m annoyed and angry. FULLY INSTALLED FOR IT TO BREAK IN 3 DAYS. i don’t drive with them on. i don’t know why half stopped working. i would like a reply at least oh my.

The order was never received customer…
The order was never received customer service never emailed me back. The money was taken and never refunded I need someone to actually contact me. Tracking says attempted delivery, the package never left Portland. Beginning to think it’s a scam!

Ordered Shakotan Style rear…
Ordered Shakotan Style rear wing/spoiler for 1978 Datsun 280 Z resto-mod build for 2027 SEMA show. Part arrived, and after several hours of attempting to install, Body Shop determined that parts were so badly mis-aligned that their was no way to modify or make the part fit. Contacted K2, to ask for return shipping label/refund. They asked for pictures of part on the car. Sent those and then K-2 responded with " To undergo a review with MFG, and a claims review meeting" before handling my claim. Their website makes the promise " Wrong fit or Damaged? Free replacement or refund" I have worked with Credit Card company to charge back Still have plenty of parts to order for my build, but will not be ordering anything else form K1 Industries

This real spolior doe not fit a camaro 6 ge n covertable. thers an extra hole on both sides for the AM/FM wires to connect to the preamps in the trunk lid.
Your advertisement for this product/ is misleading. This product is not meant to fit a 6 gen camaro convertible. There's an extra hole in the trunk for an antenna that the spoiler supports do not cover. I would like a refund based on inaccurate intimation on your part
