I ordered a coffee color 2 tone ring based on the description. However, when I got it, it was not too tone. It was Rose gold when I contacted the company. She tried to tell me that the color of the gold. Was the description of coffee which I knew was a lie I emailed them back and. No surprise. They are now just ghosting me, so be careful because the descriptions are not accurate and once you have it, they will not even communicate with you

I have purchased several items from Jzora, and each of them have been absolutly beautiful. Exceptionel craftmanship and stones which look like a million dollars.....few times I had the need to reach out to customer service (1 time as it turned out, I was just being a little impatient), I got an immediate response. One time a ring came, and it was too big; they admitted that an error *could* have been made, and offered me a choice of refund or replacement. Communication has been seamless. Shipping has been less than 2 weeks of my order. I have not bought my last piece and I would recommend this company.

This is one of the most beautiful rings I have ever seen. It is glamorous and totally realistic. Looks lovely, like a family heirloom. Shipping was quick and careful. I will be back!

Took a little longer to receive but I knew it was being hand-made so it was fine. The quality is excellent! Love it so much! My daughter says "it's bougie" because it is a larger size ring but omg, so beautiful!

Easy to order came fairly quickly. When I had questions regarding sizing and how to exchange for the correct size I was given a response within 48 hours and clear instructions on what needed to be done. I didn’t actually have to exchange the ring, but it’s nice to know that I could’ve. Well-made, comfortable and looks awesome on my hand.
