JVM LendingReviews of jvmlending.com

I had an incredible experience with JVM. I have worked with other companies in the past and now that I’ve worked with JVM, I can truly say they are the best. My only disappointment was that I didn’t work with them soon. Incredible service. Amazing staff. Truly grateful and highly recommend.

JVM made my first home purchase enjoyable and stress free. The communication was top tier and they were able to clearly instruct on the path to closing. Thank you to the JVM team, coudnt have done it without you! Will be going back to them in the future without a doubt!

It's always a pleasure working with JVM. We've worked with them to buy our home and most recently to refinance it. Hannah was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process. She's always happy to answer our questions, quick to run numbers when we needed to compare options, and proactive about making sure we got the best possible rate. The rest of the team was just as amazing. They walked us through every step with clear, detailed instructions, which kept things less stressful. They also helped to work around our busy schedules so we could close quickly and keep our closing costs down. Highly recommend JVM!

Kelsey and her Team are incredible! They are always very responsive and available to answer any questions you may have. When my clients decided they wanted to move forward with a different lender, Kelsey and her team stepped in immediately, took the time to understand their unique circumstances, and strategically find the best path forward. Throughout the whole process, they were always very responsive and always trying to find a solution, even when unexpected challenges popped up. I will always highly recommend Kelsey and her team to my clients!

JVM and especially our main agent Hannah were absolutely fantastic throughout our entire purchase journey. Before we even decided on a condo, Hannah and her team told us about condominiums that were on our list that were not Fannie-approved and gave us plenty of guidance for how to find approved units. When we did decide on a unit, they were quick to respond, offering us a quick close that matched the schedule the sellers wanted to work with. This helped us make a really competitive offer. We would highly recommend Hannah at JVM to any first-time buyers as she made us feel ultra comfortable in our decision. Thank you!

I'm self employed, and documentation for my business can be extremely hard to get at certain times. JVM did a great job finding a program that wouldn't require any of this while still getting me a good rate. Madeline was great to work with and I couldn't recommend the team enough.

Working with Heidi was the kind of experience that makes the rest of a transaction easier. She is on top of everything and she is genuinely personable. From the beginning, Heidi and her team were responsive. Every time we needed an updated preapproval letter, it came back quickly, and any questions were answered promptly. In a competitive market, that kind of turnaround matters, because a delayed letter can cost you an offer. Once we were in contract, the difference was even clearer. Heidi has a team that coordinates the process from that point forward, so nothing fell through the cracks and we always knew where things stood. There were no last minute surprises and no scrambling at the end. She got it done on time, exactly as promised. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a loan agent who stays ahead of the process instead of reacting to it.

Tiffany Nordgren is a great appraisals manager! Impressive, how she goes above and beyond.
