Wearing compression stockings is a new experience for us. We were able to follow the provided directions to support us as we grow in our ability and understanding.

I have had the compression socks for 3 weeks and there is a hole in each sock. I cannot find any info about guarantees or warranties on the socks. I have tried to follow the suggested methods for putting on the socks, I have to give the socks an F for durability. I hope another brand will give better service than the Juzo brand. This is an update, I contacted the seller like Juzo suggested, they basically said "too bad,your toe nails of finger nails must have caused the problem." If you buy these it seems you are on your own, neither the seller or the manufacturer stood behind the product in my case.

I called because your website is difficult to navigate and I needed help ordering compression stockings without toes. The man who answered was extremely rude, arrogant, and insolent, even though I was trying to explain which type of stocking I wanted. I said I was looking for a soft compression stocking in a natural color without toes. He replied, “There are many models, you have to know the name of the stocking.” How the hell am I, as a customer, supposed to know that? I clearly described what I was looking for, as I had seen a picture of it. I’m not the expert — he is. If he had any sense of customer service, he could have suggested a soft, toeless compression stocking. I hope your company goes bankrupt. His attitude was extremely disqusting!
