Very comfortable

I love the stockings with an exception I have found that they are very easy to get holes in them quite radially Customer service was fine although she didn’t Seems sure of herself and she didn’t seem like she really wanted to help me that much but it ended up OK and I’m hoping she did her part. I checked with my distributor yesterday and they had heard nothing from them yet.

Wonderfully soft superbly soft skin friendly

First time being fitted for the correct support hose. I had a great experience at Boca Medical, Elaine fitted me just perfectly. I have a few pairs of support hose at home but they dig into my ankles cutting off my circulation NOT GOOD. Although a pair is costly I’ll have to wait awhile to purchase another pair. They feel great with no crease in the ankle areas what a relief.

Good, except for the language, you do not have a french version on web.

Cela fait 2 fois que je commande des collants Juzo via deux pharmacies différentes. La première fois, le collant n'était pas bien ajusté à l'entre jambe mais je l'ai pris quand même. La 2e fois, malgré une prise de mesure effectuée à deux reprises selon le format demandé par le fabricant, le collant arrive et ne couvre pas la moitié de mes fesses ! Le fabricant refuse de reprendre le collant et de rembourser à ce jour. Il considère que c'est la pharmacie qui s'est trompée. Les patrons sont-ils adaptés à différentes morphologies? Je suis en droit de m'interroger. Cela fait plusieurs semaines que la pharmacie est en discussion avec eux sans solution à ce jour. Comment appelez vous cela ? C'est juste pour moi inadmissible pour une société vendant des articles de santé sur mesure à 150€ pièce. Très déçue du SAV et j'attends une solution.
