I continue to feel very fatigued and…
I continue to feel very fatigued and hurt a lot with the machine. I have spoken to you about it and do not know what to do. I cannot believe that I am the only one with adverse effects. I keep hearing about the owner’ 88 year old Mother who is great and uses it 40 minutes a day. I am not one to give up so I keep trying but I am struggling.

Stop using the Juvent and return for a full refund. Sorry that you have not seen any benefit.

Poor customer service
There seems to be an issue with communication between Juvent & me as a customer. Every time I called, there appeared not to have any account or record on me so I always had to give them my phone number over & over. The juvent low impact device is over priced. Marodyne offers a .4G unit for $3,000 less.

Ms. Howard, we are sorry that you have issues when you call in to our Customer Support Dept.. We have many people with similar names. It is helpful to have additional information such as phone number or e-mail address to find the correct record. I see that you canceled your order. We are sorry. The Juvent platform is Made in the USA and its resonant technology is patented and unique. I am sorry that someone has led you to believe that there is an identical product for less money. If you are willing to settle for a non-resonant device then I would not spend over $300. There are over 100 vibrating platforms on the market today that do not have Juvent's unique technology.

Hope to receive it while I am still alive
I was so excited about the chance to benefit from the Juvent when we ordered this a couple of months ago. We are on a waiting list. I just don’t understand the purpose of pushing a product that is not available. I am sure it would benefit me, hope to receive it while I am still alive!

We have had supply chain issues as many industries have and are striving to produce as many units as possible to fill the backorders. We have not been actively advertising for some time now due to this shortage. Thank you for your patience.

I LOVE my Juvent plate
I LOVE my Juvent plate! Love the customer service, very helpful and caring! I had been without for a couple of weeks and missed the massage feeling on my feet! Truly a GREAT product!
