If I could negative stars for this company I would. Purchased through Groupon for 2 puzzles for $50. There is nothing about needing to pay any additional fees except postage. When ordering, I was charged an additional $80 in total for name letters and for When it finally arrived. It looks like a $2 puzzle from a cheap shop and they spelt the name wrong. When I asked for a refund, I was told I was going g to lose my Groupon fee as well as a charge to cancel...something they stuffed up to start with.

I was absolutely blown away at how beautiful these are! Got one for my daughter & son for Christmas with their pets who had passed. I am sure they will love them too and such a unique gift! Ordering was easy, questions answered in a timely manner and got here quickly!

Habe 4 Fotodecken über Groupon bestellt. Alle Decken kamen in einem Päckchen. Mir wurde pro Decke über 10€ Versandkosten eingezogen. Tatsächlich angefallene Kosten für so ein Päckchen mit 4 Decken) sind max. 4,90€. Diese shop zockt erst mal an überteuerten Preisen und hauptsächlich an Portokosten ab. Schade dass sich Groupon mit solchen Firmen einlässt.

It’s been a month and nothing I keep getting tracking numbers that keep moving away from my house to different states. They stated my address was wrong and when confirmed it was correct. They said I could go pick it up but when I reached out to this facility an hour away from my house they don’t allow you to pick it up. I asked for a refund at this point and they refused. Terrible customer service and will never ever order from here again. Do not order from this place if you need it by the same year

I purchased a 3D crystal reflecting my deceased mom resting in her casket along with a personally inscribed light display base. To ensure I would be pleasingly satisfied with the overall layout, I added the additional pay proofing option which was very misleading and served no significant purpose. I must state the landscaping glass is of high quality but the inner image is faint and very grainy...not as crisp as the proof I approved for final production. I did send a disappointing experience email and received a response from Jim Z (customer relations) apologizing for the misleading process but no further assistance.

I ordered the customized LED mirror for my small business in MARCH . The lights malfunctioned, they sent me new lights, but it took until APRIL 30 with all the back and forth! Early July, (I was moving) When I took the old lights off the back, it ripped up the material which showed in the front, rendering this useless. It took me 4 days and several Emails to explain to customer service what happened as she kept telling me I did it wrong. She finally offered to replace the whole thing, but it took several Emails for me To explain how to address the package!! It is a really cute little sign but it was not worth the hassle! It doesn’t have to be that hard!

Great customer service. My only complaint is that I believe ALL products should be viewable prior to purchasing WITHOUT having to pay for it. A great company should stand by their products and want their customers to see their product before it's made. The product was made well.
