Quick response to all queries (and there were a lot). Shipping super fast. Returns a breeze and refunds prompt. It is tricky buying a tri wetsuit on line and getting the fit correct. Live in small town where not many triathlon suits are sold. Kristen was fabulous. Would not hesitate to recommend this site (and no, I was not paid, nor did I receive any special discount). Will be a repeat customer!

Really appreciate the rental suit
Really appreciate the rental suit! Wouldn't have survived without it and the process was f using the suit and returning it back was very simple! Thanks for the good service and I plan to use you guys again for my next event!

Great work!
I had a very positive experience with Jest Wetsuits! This was my first wetsuit purchase, and I was able to call and discuss sizing and other options with a representative from the company. Additionally, the suit that I bought ripped at the seam only a short couple of months after I purchased it. I reached out with pictures and they were able to send me a suit under warranty with no issues whatsoever! Very nice people very good experience. Keep up the good work!

Great experience. Contacted them due to question on sizing and all my questions were answered. I love my new wetsuit!! Took 5 minutes off my IM Wisconsin swim! Thank you!!!!
