Came through, great company and communication
The shipping company delivered the package partially torn/open, and as a result, part of the delivery was lost. Literally, minutes later, they had shipped out a new wetsuit that arrived the next business day. Good businesses rise to the occasion, when something goes wrong, and man did they deliver. Incredible.

Over-the-top in placing each customer #1
After renting from Just wetsuits I knew by the fit of the suit they knew what they were doing. In the spring I needed a new wetsuit, but had no idea what to purchase. I sent a quick email to JW's .They listened to what I wanted and gave me 5 great suggestions. I researched each one and asked for several others. They answered all my questions for the two (2) weeks it took me to make up my mind. The suit that was highest of the 1st list is the one I ordered. It is a far better suit than I thought I was getting. It was also within my budget. I would never have had this success without the help. Along the way they were genuinely pleased to help me, making me feel important and a valuable customer with each encounter.
