Kristina was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me find the right swimsuit for me and my rather challenging measurements. She took the time to answer all of my questions and wasn’t satisfied until I was satisfied. I appreciate her time and effort making sure that I was happy with my purchase.

More than professional
The wetsuit I wanted was not in stock. The owner was aware of my time constraints and because of her knowledge and experience ended up sending a wetsuit that was even better for me that the one I wanted, and fit me well for my unique body shape. Without her personal assistance I would have surely purchased the wrong size suit. I'm glad I had an experienced person lead me through the process that also cared about my timeline. All communication was quick and responsive, including a return call during her family sporting event. The entire interaction was more than professional and quite impressive.

Had a little issue with my wetsuit when…
Had a little issue with my wetsuit when it arrived , it wasn't the one I had ordered, I contacted customer service and didn't hesitate in fixing it the mistake. They made sure with y'all doubt I was taken care of, I would definitely recommend them to anyone for the customer service alone.

Best place to buy a wetsuit. Stellar Customer Service, price matching and wonderful follow up should you have issues with your new wetsuit. We only buy our wetsuits from Just Wetsuits and I love Kristen!
