I ordered my wetsuit on a Sunday and got a call from Kristin on Monday morning. She wanted to make sure that I really wanted expedited shipping, which I accidentally got but didn't mean to. She promptly refunded the extra shipping and I still got the wetsuit in 3 days! Fantastic experience, very personal and would order product from Just Wetsuits again. The item I ordered ended up not being in stock. They personally called me a day later to ensure that they would find me a replacement asap or refund me the money. Great buoy! Doing my first swim run and couldn't be bothered to make my own buoy. This is perfect. It gives great buoyancy to compensate for the shoes - and seamlessly transitions to the outside of your leg for the run. Thanks Just Wetsuits and Orca!
