JUST STOP OIL To stop destroying local artifacts and antient places that are fragile once they are there you can't get them back so they need to stop doing what they are doing and think befor they do it and they need to be arrested for doing what they have been doing with sprya paint to Taylor Swifts jet and stone hedge

Throwing paint all over a 5000 year old piece of our heritage? Attacking ancient priceless artworks? You should all be locked up. Utterly disgusting excuses for enviromentalists. You are worse than the oil companies, no solutions just destruction. I'm a life long conservationist and I would support big oil before ever coming near your destructive barbaric stupidity.

If you are actually trying to draw the attention of the public, to something bad that is going on. The logical process, is to point the 'badness' out to as many people, as possible. And to try to get a large body of people 'on-side'... With that"Large body of people on-side" you would then hope, to have an increased chance, of getting things changed...very 'standard stuff' really. However, 'Just stop oil' are doing the exact opposite of this. They are actively, going out of their way, to alienate as many people as possible, from their supposed cause... They have disrupted our day-to-day life. They have disrupted traffic on our roads and motorways - both things, which are essential to the running of our lives, our businesses and this country. And now, they have attacked one of our most loved, ancient sites!? For the life of me, l can see no other reason for alienating the vast majority of people in this country from your supposed cause - other than, in some obscure way, to try to make the British public 'side' with the oil companies. We are aware of the issues. We want change. We don't want to poison our air. We are aware of the dangers, and we want that change, as quickly as possible. We dont want excrement in our rivers and we dont want micro plastics anywhere either. But, if you are really, really, trying to change things - things that the vast majority of the British public, and Indeed, people around the world, already want. Then, you need to go about it, in a completely different way. Firstly, if you want to get people "on-side" - which most of them already are of course... You need to communicate.. If you sit in a town centre and refuse to give one word of explanation, as to why you are there... You will alienate the public... And to be honest, to me, you just looked a bit weird. If you disrupt our roadways, and glue yourselves to things? It does not constitute 'raising awareness to your cause'. It is quite frankly, annoying...and of course, it makes you look weird.. And if you decicrate one of the British publics favourite, historical sites?? What exactly, did you think would come from that?? What did you think you would actually achieve? Yes, you made the papers... And the tv too... All very good. You've raised attention. You have peoples interest. But its not the sort of interest, that you need. People are angry with you... If you are really interested in raising awareness, in my opinion, you are going about it, in completely the wrong way. Which, from the oil companies point of view must be perfect. The British public now think that anyone concerned with your group is a blooming nuisance...and a bit strange. Which, in turn, leads me to believe, that somewhere along the line, the Oil companies must be funding you. Check with your accountants. Look at where the money to stage these stunts, is 'really' coming from. And do, please, look at this objectively. The public are totally behind your supposed cause but your efforts thusfar are counter-productive in the extreme. Publicity is a good thing. But, this sort of publicity? Surely not
