Sent back nearly $200 worth of products, for both hair and make-up. Have my shipping tracking number. Got no confirmation email of my timely return and an email which said that the order didn't exist. I paid $24 to ship it back within 14 days. Got the run-around just now. Make up is too pigmented and is for the stage. Didn't open the hair products because for $79 there was hardly enough ounces to do more than a couple shampoos. I will leave another review if I receive my money back.

I would give them no stars if that was an option. Horrible way they treat people I have a return of something that didn’t work and their website says. “ if you are not completely satisfied with the purchase for any reason, please return it for full refund minus our shipping change within 30 days from the date of purchase.” They don’t stand by that at all. They emailed me and said no returns.! I’m sure they’ll go out of business soon from all the one star ratings I see

I’d give no stars if that was an option. Lousy customer service. Be wary….This company takes your money but does not deliver products. Very bad behavior. No response from customer service…ghosting! Seems this is their MO; repeat behavior!

There is not a low enough rating to give this company. Though their products are good, their (lack of) customer service, and their business practices are deplorable. I recently placed an order, that I reviewed in my cart prior to doing the payment information. When I received the order, it was doubled, and I was charged double. I called their customer service department, and was told that they combined two orders from two different carts of mine. One was under my billing name, and the other was under my casual name. Of course I paid with my credit card with my official billing name on it. Yet, they combined orders, charged me double and shipped them! The worst part, they would not even consider providing me with shipping on their part to return the 2nd order! When I asked them to look at this from the consumer’s side, The customer service rep even agreed! In my opinion, they should’ve just comped me the second order, or sent me a label to return it! But no! They stood hard and fast. I have never ever in my life, dealt with such a horrible customer service experience. Please spread the word, they suck. I’m retired, I am making this my new campaign.

They boast the yellowing diminishes. Incorrect. Doesn't do that at all. Marketing ads are pretty much false ads showing probably fake women and hair showing luxurious photos. Plus I have tried over 9 times to unsubscribe.....still get obnoxious emails. A total bust

Was very eager to try this as I don't like the purple shampoos for the yellow streaks in my Gray hair. Didn't do a damn thing. In fact it kinda leaves my hair feeling like there is a film on it. Not impressed at all. Not worth the money!

I used half a bottle. It left my hair dull and dry. It did not help with yellowing. I don't understand all of the good reviews. My hair is almost all white and gets yellow areas easily. They talk about all the things that can cause yellowing and things to do to help. So why buy the shampoo? Not worth the money in my opinion.

Pleasant fragrance, not too much for my scent sensitivity. MAYBE some toning benefit but after two uses, ditched for dryness that resulted & I have thick, healthy hair 🙁. Advice: try a different product. For price point, an expensive waste! Sadly, i didn’t need to use it immediately after purchase because I was finishing snother product & company won’t refund.
