Since using Breezit, (only a few months) we have doubled our weekly scheduled consulting calls and seen a 25% increase in tours. The increase is great but it is also that, as a small team , we do not have to set those meetings up ourselves. This allows us more time to build the business and spend time with already booked clients. Having our AI venue "know-it-all", this gives clients the sense that they can ask questions, get quick responses from our business and trust that a tour or call is their next step since they already got answers to their preliminary qualifying needs beforehand. Breezit allows us to be able to give our young clientele an instant response where as humans, we could not keep up. We still have our human team. In the event industry I could say 40% of calls are useless. People do not read. I have my availability, my booking prices and everything listed on my website. They will still find my number on google and cal me to ask me questions they can find online. Breeze clears more than half of those questions and when calls do come my way its people with niche questions which is like 5-10% of people.

My venue adopted the Breezit tool about 6 months ago. It has been a game changer! I went from giving 50 tours a month and maybe booking 5 events (10% win rate) to giving 20 tours a month and booking 10 events (50% win rate). It's been incredible! I attribute this to two things: 1) the AI is doing immediate follow-up to get the right prospects in the door for a tour, and 2) the AI is giving an instant and extremely detailed quote. We charge a premium price point or our services and the instant quote helps us eliminate the "noise" of buyers who cannot afford our venue and just want to "take a look around."
