Switched rates a month in

Buyer beware. Claims process is horrible. I called on a Saturday, got directed to voicemail. Never did get a call back. I had to call back in again on Tuesday and got a claim number but no link to upload photos. I took my car to a body shop who put together the estimate only to be confronted with resistance from the carrier. Now after months of insuring with them they want my drivers license number (how do they not already have that?), photos from the dealer I purchased the car from, and a screenshot of me calling 911 for the accident. I don’t recall ever having near this much run around with any other company with the other 2 claims I have ever made against an insurance policy. Seriously debating just calling the AZ AG’s office to file a complaint in an effort to revoke their license to insure.

Was great a lil bit ago then raised the prices nearly 300%.

This place is garbage.. they keep changing prices and making excuses. This place is lame. I recommend stay away.

This company is a scam they charged me over a 150 times my average monthly usage because they didn't like my final odometer photo when cancelling. And the car was already sold so it's not like I could retake the photo. You have been warned do not use this company.

I've been a customer on a monthly plan since November 2022 and everything was going perfect. My rate per mile and daily was so cheap that i was paying under 140$ a month for full coverage with a $500 deductible. THEN, Just Insure starts to build clientel and they no longer are the little guy. They pretty much forgot about being an affordable car insurance provider and decided to follow the rest of these greedy businesses on the inflation wagon, increasing my daily rate 75% more than the previous. When i inquired as to why, all i got was a robotic, repeating parrot of a rep stating, "your per mile decreased and we make increases based on many factors". She just couldnt tell me why and wasnt interested in a solution. I have no tickets or accidents, had insurance before, i drive safe, pay on time ect. Then a more experienced rep responds that there's nothing i did to get a rate increase, everyone got a rate increase and they can do nothing about it and to have a good day. Im so upset that im cancelling to another insurance company interested in fairpracticesand pricing. I cant put up with liars and crooks. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GREEDY LIARS!!!

Your app keeps charging me for carpooling!! Or riding with a friend, while my car sits alone in it's shaded garage. That's just not right! Wish you would ONLY charge for my drive miles:(
