Bump the review up to 5 stars because any time I’ve had a question your staff happily walked me through your app for answers I wasn’t able to figure out on my own. Good customer service is hard to find but yours has been the gold standard so far. Keep up the good work.

I had to drive a lot so it cost more

Well my complaints are that the app does not pick up on alot of my trip. Last time we did odom check their was a 433 mi it did not pick up on and then had to pay over 100 at one time to get it back in good standing, good thing is they give you about 5-7 days w coverage to come up w the payment. But still for me it's better that I can reload w $30 every week then paying a bunch of money at one time. My rates w a company like progressive it was about 359 a month I'm 37 w a clean driving record nothing not even a ticket in about 7 yrs. But before doing this I went w out ins for 6 months and that's y they are trying to charge me as if I was a teenager and I get it but fine me one time and let's get back to my 175 a month for full coverage and all the extras. I mean I could see if when I had no coverage I had an accident or had tickets but NO nothing at all. Just insure does make having full coverage on my car super easy and flexible. Everything is on app, and they even called me when I went w out paying and responding. Some of the other apps only offer the state minimum requirement but this one offers como/coll coverage they also

I really like this insurance company. They I have full coverage but don't have to pay those outrageous full coverage prices.

Great except the pricing was too high for me so I will switch to a regular insurance

The insurance is great and I spend very little for covering my car. However the tracking your miles thing isn't working properly. Sometimes I start from home, drop off someone and return home and the app says I drove .1 miles when I know it was more than that.

I'VE HAD NO REAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT JUST INSURANCE. THEY'RE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USUALLY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. I LIKE THE PLAN I HAVE & ONLY PAYING PER MILE IS A GREAT BENEFIT FOR THOSE OF US THAT DON'T GET OUT MUCH. THANK YOU UPDATE~ IT'S 2023 AND THEY'RE STILL AWESOME!
