Ridiculous period 😡

I was power walking not driving when I got a post from just telling me that it charged me . I can walk pretty fast but if it happened this one time it makes me wonder how many times it's done it in the past and I just did not catch on to it .

You keep raising my rate

I had to cancel my policy because my car was totalled in a accident I provided a policy report for the accident but they wouldn't expect that and charged me extra money. Absolutely terrible service.

Stop increasing your prices

App is aggressive in nature, it submitted an odometer reading without my permission, on multiple occasions.

I am writing this review with the hope that it may protect at least 1 person such as myself, who signed up with Just Insure as the company appeals to many who may not drive much entiring retirement. Do not take a chance such as this to save money. Prior to Just Insure I had been with a large, well established company bundled into my house. Sold house Covid hit, school closure, you all know life changing. Seemed like a wise move and policy is so misleading online. Odo pics easy, interaction with virtual faces on app never a problem. HOWEVER, were stone cold after accident when I inquired WHY IN THE WORLD were charges continuing and funds auto withdrawn as usual from my bank when I HAD NO VEHICLE. Claims Adjuster unresponsive put me on defensive intimidating me into thinking I was guilty of negligenceho howver is a stafe you cant the is notorious for acdddfencrue yard fees e I thought so or at least partial. I hit a car in intersection. T bone. Citation failure to avoid collision. However same officer said to meet him at courthouse and talk to judge. Mystery witness claims I had red as she had a red for here left. Other party gave false insurance ing reimbursement do not be fooled by your policy terms they will manipulate full policy coverage and in my case take your vehicle without consent, refuse to tell you and mislead you to believe they are investigating. I never saw my car again. Communication nonexistent then misleading. My car was sold w salvaged title on 3/21 in MI. I was to is alno] In the event it happens, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING Unfortunately, I was in a devastating accident 3/19 do not remember accident or refusing to go hosipital. I ended up in ER next day. Just Insure instructed me to get my personal items gtp[ tre us I was unaware I had concussion as well as fractured ribs and I refused to get in ambulance, ended up in ER next day. Q

Only because I cannot leave less than a star this company is a rip off!! In under 2 wks I was billed the 145 plus another 30 not even 2 wks with the insurance I can under if after a month your not receiving anything but less than 2 wks this is absurd!!!!! I chose this company because it’s supposed to be affordable this is not affordable!!
