At first it was a 5 star but prices went way up after the first month just because I made one large trip

I like the app, for it's convenience. However, the 30 minimum charge can be inconvenient sometimes. Being able to put 5 or 10 on would make 9t easier to never have a negative balance.

So far so good waiting to hear back if my window will be covered or not

Purchasing and understanding the coverage is fine. My issue is with the app itself. It is a resource monster! Just sitting on my patio with no other apps running, outside of the necessary Android and carrier processes, the Just app has my phone using more than 65% of the memory. Also, using the start and stop function for trips doesn't work and the beta auto function takes even more resources to run. Android keeps closing my music app to save resources. Can you make a lite version?

Need to help more people in person rather than text

If they could forget about this tracking business and charge a flat monthly rate and permit us to pay three to six months in advance for the monthly and upon driving again require the odometer photo, calculations would be more accurate and just as affective. I’m affraid their system is going to eliminate many people from insuring with them. I am financing a new car and I’m required to show proof of insurance for at least three months when I pick up my new car but because they do not offer more than one month at a time I had to cancel my policy and go back to StateFarm insurance who is much more expensive.

The ride along driving app fails most of the time. You never know whether you've driven scalable miles until you get to the end of the month and they demand to photograph with a camera that doesn't work half the time. It's very clumsy but the people are incredibly polite and helpful and try their best. I believe I'm still saving money after a month but I'm not really sure.

$75 a month gets me 500 miles. Not so great.
