I have loved the simplicity of the…
I have loved the simplicity of the program so far. I have not loved the price hike 6 months ago. But for someone who drives less than 100 miles a month, this is a much cheaper option.

They've been up front with me and honest. I went from 7 cents a mile to five cents a mile which is awesome. So far so good

Just is great if you don't drive a lot
The price is the best thing about Just. I've haven't needed to file a claim so I don't know how that process goes. I did not elect to have their device installed to track so my account is always adjusted at the end of the month because the app doesn't track accurately. I also don't like that they changed it recently so you have to use autopay. I prefer to have control of my own finances and sometimes need to float a day for money to come in.

Overall, can't beat the prices! I do wish you would cover more than one vehicle. To cancel one policy to start a second vehicle doesn't make sense. Just curious why you don't offer more than one policy at a time for multiple vehicles?

Good insurance, but should be a cap per month.
There should be a cap for cost per month. If I go crazy and drive 10,000 miles, are you going to charge me $1,000.

Hi Vernon. As it currently stands, yes. Our intent is to make insurance as fair as possible. You'll appreciate that the more you drive, the higher the chance of an accident. We don't think it's fair to charge a high-mileage driver the same as a low-mileage driver. Regular insurance companies do, and it's the low-mileage customers that subsidise the high-mileage customers. Saying that we understand that our customers want price protection against being charged a lot when going on a long road trip and we are considering a mileage cap to address this. Please note: We are not suitable for ride-share drivers (Uber, Door Dash, etc.) We do not provide commercial insurance (where driving is your job).
