My car has not been driven in 2 months and yet I have to drive ar least a mile to show the odometer works. I legally can't drive it till it's fixed cause of the check engine light is on and I can't get it registered. So it just sits in my driveway. I make sure that it's paid yet you want to charge me a bunch of money cause you want me to drive my car illegally down the street. If I get a tick and get my car impounded are you going to pay for that. You still owe me 20 dollars from my last refund. I would like my refund put back on my card also.

The insurance is easy to get, but I don’t think the rates are the best price. The driving and mileage app could use some improvements to make it more convenient.

Having to prove that my vehicle hasn't been driven, but is drivable is ridiculous. Having the agent lack in basic customer service skills was very disappointing.

The picture of odometer reading every month is an irritation. You can pretty much know what the average is but an insured driver should be able to enjoy driving extra miles if they choose to do that

It’s better than nothing

I did like but as I walk with phone it's charging me so I take location off and I have forgot at times to turn on. Recently had to get a new phone and don't know why it didn't pick up faster because same number and email. There has to be an easier way so I don't get charged wrong or get complications later with the payment.

Everytime I use the app it does not always record the trip.

I was given a price of 6 cents a mile after 30 days it went up to 11 cents a mile way too much money
