The pay stuff is to difficult to understand. It's not really what all it was presented to be

It was convenient and I was insured instantly. The downside is that it was charging my account for miles even when I was at work because I operate a forklift, and even when I was in the vehicle with someone else.

Got me excited with 7cents a mile rate then with no explanation went up to 9 cents after just 1 month! (And I followed all the rules!!!)

I got this insurance because I don’t drive much, but my husband does and we share a car. He has his own car insurance but it only covers him. I don’t like that this app can only cover one person at a time because he was the one driving a lot and so when I sent you guys an update for the odometer it was way high and the insurance with you came out super expensive ($90 for two weeks!!). So I wish there was a way for you guys to discern who is driving so that I didn’t have to pay for my husbands driving too when he wasn’t covered. I also don’t like that I have to start the timer when I have to start driving. I just want to drive and not have to stop and remember to do that. And either way it doesn’t make any sense since you later request an odometer picture anyway and deduct miles from there.
