I feel like you guys charged too much

When i first enrolled my rate was 38 cents a mile. Now 90 days later my rate has gone up to 42 cents a mile. The reason was I didn't have a long credit history. My credit history was the same 90 days ago at 38 cents and I have paid bill on time. I also had to turn the GPS locator on my phone. It was charging my account when I wasn't driving.

I hate that you can’t turn your location off while riding in someone else’s car so you get charged for every trip you take whether it’s in your car or not.

It's good, but I thinks the price is still higher!

Couldn't tell me if a windshield claim would raise my rates no matter how many times I called.

It often charges trip fees for no apparent reason. There is no logic and rules.

I dislike the because some days it's not working properly and when it's time to mileage for the month y'all charge more money because of the app not working properly.

Doesn't always track trips. Good for people who don't drive everyday or a lot.
