It was horrible I got charged for being a passenger in someone elses vehicle and now I owe $18. Never coming back.

They keep upping my price it’s getting ridiculous. Going to change soon.

I've been waiting patiently for finalizing of my claim...No one has responded in the last 7-9 days ...I call the adjuster to my claim but it goes directly to voicemail... I've been without my own transportation in last 3 weeks.. There's a reason I have full coverage.. Hopefully I can get a response from this review Thanks Anthony

I started with Just Insure a month ago. For 23 days I drove 160miles and so far that cost me $60. My starting rate was $1.03 per day + $0.23 per mile. I drive responsibly, I am a very boring driver. So if anything I was expecting to get a discount based on my driving or at the very least keep my rate at the end of the first month. Instead just insure slapped me with double the rate per mile explaining nothing. So my new rate after this month would be: $1.23 a day + $0.42 per mile. Well to be frank even at $0.23 it was already a little expensive but with the new rate it’s outrageous. I liked the idea of the insurance but greed will ruin them.

They charge u $7.00 dollars a day if u can't get a good pic of your odometer even when you try and it's blurry and u manually enter the reading in

the system for miles is dumb , and you end up planning more

I would prefer to purchase a new policy every month at the new quote rather than constantly refilling my wallet. Seems like a scam to get more money from me. Will probably cancel after this month

The app doesn’t work. I have no idea how much I’m going to owe once they ask for the next odometer reading. I have contacted customer service several times and all they can tell me is “it should reset once you take another trip”….well.. It’s been over a week now since Any of my trips have registered. Looking for new insurance ASAP
