Worst insurance company ever i filed an accident claim on the 19th of January and still have heard absolutely nothing regarding it at all

You guys been over charging me and stealing money out of my friends account that I told you that you had no permission to draw from that account You are criminals

They wanted my info stating they could save me money. Then sent me a quote with a 50% increase over my current policy. It's been my experience that my info will now lead to the annoying persistent calls at all hours for no less then the next 2 weeks. I HATE the calls!!

The company no tow truck service. They don’t care . We must solve it by yourself

They make it seem like it’s cheap and that it’ll save you LOTS of money but conveniently doesn’t mention that the policy changes every 30 days instead of a year like any other insurance policy. On top of that even though I didn’t want to have my driving tracked but the only option was either get charged an extra amount per mile driven or let them track your driving and you get charged normally. When the policy is over they review how much you driven and charge you based off of that. A company that PROMISES cheap and affordable car insurance just to pay 700 a month for both the insurance and the amount driven. I already had the car paid off so I should already be allowed to drive it freely no charge. To anyone who is trying to get affordable insurance do NOT go with this company they will screw you over with lies and deception.

I tried multiple times to just view my rate and oh sorry there is a technical problem....haha 😕 😔....we are almost in 2023...that should not happen
